Kane Chang – Piano

Kane was born in China and started piano at 6, had his first piano recital concert at the age of 13. After moved in Melbourne, Kane begin to learn piano with Mr. Glenn Riddle and currently he is doing his honours degree of piano performance in the Melbourne Conservaturim of music. Awards Kane has won for the past few years include the 3rd prize of Royal South Street Chopin competition, 2nd prize of Boroondara Eisteddfod open age piano competition, and 1st prize of Di Bresciani senior pianoforte scholarship. In 2016, Kane performed the Rachmaninov second piano concerto with New Goldberg Youth Orchestra.
He will be performing:
- Chopin- Rondo Op.16 in E flat major
- Chopin- Nocturne Op.32 No.1 in B major
