TROMBONIST HARRISON STEELE-HOLMES // YOUNG PERFORMER SUMMER SERIES

The Young Performer Summer Series is back tonight, with a performance by tenor trombonist Harrison Steele-Holmes, with associate artist Louisa Breen.

Harrison was our second prizewinner on Season 2 of The Talent 2019. He’s is a passionate classical tenor trombone player with the goal to play professionally in a Symphony Orchestra and travel around the world. He has been learning the tenor trombone since the age of 8. He has recently completed Year 12 at Christian College Geelong, and plans to study at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in 2021. Harrison has been a member of the Australian Youth Orchestra since 2019 and in early 2020 was appointed Principal Trombone of the Bishop Orchestra. He is currently being mentored by accomplished Australian trombonist Michael Bertoncello, former Trombone player of the MSO.
