We’re thrilled to tell you that starting tonight we’re bringing back the Young Performer Summer Series to 3MBS in the count down to the start of The Talent.

For the next six weeks, we’ll be showcasing some of the best performers from past seasons of The Talent. They’ll be playing live-to-air, and then will come in for a chat to chat us up on where they are now in their musical careers.

Tonight’s performers are: Invictus Quartet

Formed by four friends who share a love for music, travel, and food, Invictus Quartet has performed all around the world and collaborated with songwriters, dancers, film directors, and contemporary artists. Stepping beyond their Classical roots, Invictus Quartet is passionate about sharing music of all genres from Bach to Billie Eilish.

Offstage, Invictus loves to bring music to the community around them, including playing for patients in hospitals, performing on the streets of Melbourne and posting covers of the latest hits on social media!

Despite the difficulties of lockdowns that the last couple of years presented, the four friends  turned their creativity towards online platforms as a way to continue making music and connect with the world around them. You can see what they’ve been up to and follow their journey on most major social media platforms.
