Our second performer for Episode 2 of The Talent 2021 is pianist Meng Xia.

Meng began learning the piano at the age of 6 and is currently studying at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School learning with maestro Glenn Riddle. He has won numerous awards locally and nationally, notably being a prize winner at the MRC Bach Competition in 2019 and 2020. Meng also made his concerto debut in 2019 with the Maroondah Symphony Orchestra playing Liszt’s Piano Concerto No.2 and Litolff’s Scherzo. In his free time, Meng enjoys playing badminton and watching movies.
